
Dennis F. Quebe - Chairman and CEO
Mr. Quebe has spent more than 25 years in the electrical construction industry. He started in the industry after serving four years in the United States Marine Corp. Mr. Quebe is a graduate of the NECA/IBEW joint apprenticeship program. He has a degree in Electrical Technology and is a licensed contractor in over 30 states. He serves on the Executive Committee of the National Electrical Contractors Association as District II Vice President. He was inducted as a Fellow of The Academy of Electrical Contracting in 2006. He is a founder level member of the Electri International Foundation having participated in numerous research projects for the electrical industry. He serves as national Chairman on NECA's Government Affairs Committee. He is also a member of numerous industry associations. His civic involvement includes serving on the Executive Board of the Miami Valley Council Boy Scouts of America, a member of the Dayton Development Coalition and serves on the Legislative & Regulatory Affairs Committee for the Dayton Chamber of Commerce. Russ Zimmerman - President
Mr. Zimmerman has been with Romanoff Electric since 1982 when he came to the company as an apprentice. He has been in the construction industry since 1970. He graduated from the NECA/IBEW joint apprenticeship program. Mr. Zimmerman completed the MCA Project Management course at University of Texas and a course in Executive Management Training. He serves on the local JATC, trustee of the NECA/IBEW Pension/Health and Welfare funds board, and board member of the Ohio/Michigan NECA Chapter. He also is a board member of the Bay Park Community Hospital Foundation Business Council. Roger Van Der Horst - Vice President of Finance
Mr. Van Der Horst has been VP of Finance since 1999 overseeing the accounting and administration departments. Prior to his association with Chapel, Mr. Van Der Horst was a controller for a Fortune 500 company. Mr. Van Der Horst received his bachelor's degree in accounting from Deakin University in Australia. He is a trustee on the NECA/IBEW Local 82 Retirement Pension Board. David Wozinak - Vice President of Operations
Mr. Wozniak has been with Romanoff Electric since 1973 when he came to the company as an apprentice. He has been in the electrical construction industry since 1968. He graduated from Macomber Vocational School in electrical construction, and the NECA/IBEW joint apprenticeship program. Mr. Wozniak completed the MCA Project Management course at the University of Texas and a course in Executive Management Training. He is an alternate member of the Ohio/Michigan NECA Chapter. He has served in many capacities at Romanoff Electric as foreman, general foreman, site superintendent, shop superintendent, estimator, project manager and now is vice president of estimating and project management. Scott Brown - Director - Safety
Mr. Brown has been with Romanoff Electric for 30 years. He's served in the electrical industry since 1987 in various capacities. Scott’s education includes graduating from the NECA/IBEW Joint Apprenticeship Program in 1987 to become a journeyman inside wireman. Scott’s career includes serving as Superintendent on some of Romanoff’s largest projects. In 2005, Scott was promoted to General Superintendent and currently supervises the field workforce for all projects. |
